Shipping policy

We ship items only within the UK. We regret that we are currently unable to ship items internationally.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 at a shipping cost of £2.95. We offer free shipping on orders over £35.00.

We will only ship items to the address that you have given us at the time that you placed your order. If you want your item to be sent to a different address, please cancel your order and re-order. We regret that we are unable to change delivery addresses after an order has been shipped.

We aim to ship your order with 5 working days of receipt.

When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that we are processing your order.

When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped. This will include your Royal Mail tracking number.

We ship all items using Royal Mail. This means that you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number with your order confirmation. You can use your tracking number to track your order on Royal Mail's website.

In the event that your query concerns an order shipped by Royal Mail that has not arrived, we will be able to reship or refund your item if Royal Mail confirm that it is lost. This is usually 3 weeks after a non-delivered item has been shipped.
