We charge £3.95 for shipping. Shipping is free when you spend over £35.00.

We ship all orders using Royal Mails Tracked 48 service. This means that your order should reach you within two days of despatch. You will receive your tracking number with your desptach confirmation - this will help you to track your order.

Regrettably, we currently do not offer shipping outside the UK. However, we do provide delivery services to all regions within the UK, including the Isle of Man.

DEBRA Charity welcomes payments made through PayPal and cards. All card transactions are processed securely via Stripe, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments.

Your order is dispatched by DEBRA. We do not use third parties for this process. We work diligently to provide you with the products available on our online shop.

We kindly request your patience and ask that you allow up to 30 business days, excluding bank or public holidays in England and Wales, from the date of dispatch for your order to reach you. Please note that deliveries to certain regions such as the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Sicily, and Isle of Man may require a bit more time.

Providing your order has not been packed and shipped, we may be able to assist you with any cancellations or amendments you would like to make to your order. Please send an email to online@debra.org.uk.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept Gift Aid through card payments. However, if you'd like to support us through Gift Aid, please consider alternative donation methods, and we would be grateful for your generosity.
