What will happen to my donation?
Your donation will be sent to our online hub in Scotland. Our dedicated team of staff and volunteers will carefully sort through the items and determine the best place for selling, whether that be the DEBRA Online Shop, DEBRA eBay store, or our high street stores.
Your donation will then be unpacked and undergo a quality check. Items that are unsuitable for sale will be recycled where possible.
Will I be charged to post my donation?
DEBRA covers the postage costs through our partner Yodel, allowing you to send your donations to us for free.
The funds raised from your generous donations make it worthwhile for us to cover these postage expenses.
Where do I post my donation?
With over 7,500 drop-off points across the UK open seven days a week, donating your items is incredibly easy. Use the Collect+ store locator to find your nearest drop-off location.
I don't have a printer, how can I post my donations?
Once you complete the form, you'll receive an email with a barcode. Download the barcode to your phone and take it to a Collect+ drop-off point. They can scan it and print a label for your donation.
